沼氣是各種有機物質，在隔絕空氣（還原條件），并在適宜的溫度、pH值下，經(jīng)過微生物的發(fā)酵作用產(chǎn)生的一種可燃燒氣體。沼氣中所含硫化氫在使用前因環(huán)保與工藝要求必須去除。

脫硫反應原理

絡合鐵脫硫工藝利用堿性絡合鐵催化劑的氧化還原性質，吸收原料氣中的H2S。H2S被絡合鐵催化劑直接氧化生成單質硫，絡合鐵轉化為絡合亞鐵，然后在再生過程中鼓入空氣，以空氣氧化催化劑富液中的絡合亞鐵，使催化劑富液中的絡合亞鐵轉化為絡合鐵，從而再生回用。產(chǎn)生的硫磺通過硫磺回收系統(tǒng)處理。
The complex iron desulfurization process utilizes the redox properties of alkaline complex iron catalysts to absorb H2S from the feed gas. H2S is directly oxidized by a chelated iron catalyst to generate elemental sulfur, which is then converted into chelated ferrous. 在總反應中，絡合鐵離子的作用是將吸收反應中得到的電子在再生反應中轉移給單質氧。每一個單質硫原子的產(chǎn)生需要兩個三價鐵離子參與反應。由此，鐵離子盡管參與反應，但在總反應中并不消耗，而是作為硫化氫和氧氣反應的中間電子傳遞物，是催化劑體系的組成部分。
In the overall reaction, the role of chelating iron ions is to transfer the electrons obtained from the absorption reaction to elemental oxygen in the regeneration reaction. 如圖1虛線框所示：自雙膜氣柜過來的沼氣經(jīng)增壓風機加壓之后進入脫硫再生塔的吸收脫硫隔室酸氣中的H2S進入反應隔室與催化劑中的Fe3+反應并轉化為單質硫，與此同時Fe3+還原成Fe2+ 。

反應后的溶液通過自循環(huán)進入氧化隔室，通過風機向氧化再生隔室鼓入空氣中的氧，將Fe2+氧化為Fe3+后再自循環(huán)回吸收和反應隔室繼續(xù)與H2S進行吸收反應可脫除酸性氣中99.99%以上H2S。
The solution after the reaction enters the oxidation chamber through self circulation, and oxygen in the air is blown into the oxidation regeneration chamber through a fan. Fe2+is oxidized to Fe3+, and then self circulation is used to absorb and continue the absorption reaction with H2S in the reaction chamber, which can remove over 99.99% of H2S from acidic gas.
生成的單質硫在脫硫再生塔底部的錐形段沉降后，由硫磺漿泵送至板框過濾機進行硫磺過濾；脫硫后凈化氣經(jīng)氣液分離送出界區(qū)外。廢空氣在脫硫再生塔頂部排出裝置。
